Who is Grey DeLisle?
She had a rough childhood. She was largely raised by her grandmother, Eva Flores Ruth, a vocalist who performed with salsa legend Tito Puente.
Grey was heavily into goth bands like The Cure, but her mother, who had become a born-again Pentecostal, set a strict rule of no secular music. In her late teens, she started singing old gospel tunes, and started in the world of stand-up comedy, on the advice of a close friend. In her comedy routine, DeLisle was able to imitate voices very well, and was then advised to take a shot at voice acting. Her first starring role came in the English version of Crayon Shin-chan, as the voice of characters Cosmo and Uma (which will begin airing on Adult Swim Monday through Thursday the week of August 21 and 28).
She didn't get another starring role until 1998, but she has since become one of America's most beloved and well-respected voice actresses. She has even learned how to speak Japanese thanks to fellow voice actors Janice Kawaye and Keone Young for her role as Yumi on Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi. Other voice acting roles have been in many computer and video games such as Escape from Monkey Island, Baldur's Gate and many Star Wars games. DeLisle has also released four music CDs, filled with goth-inspired folk and Americana tunes, with a few gospel-style songs as well.
In 2002, DeLisle married musician Murry Hammond, the bassist for the Old 97's, after a few months of a long-distance relationship. They were even featured in an episode of The Learning Channel program A Wedding Story.

Just twenty minutes ago, my twin brother and I were watching the Fairly Odd Parents, and Vicky was having some kind of rant. I wasn't really listening, but for a second I closed my eyes, and thought that Avatar: The Last Airbender was playing on the TV, and not The Fairly Odd Parents. I opened my eyes and saw Vicky ranting, and it popped into my head that Azula and Vicky had the same voice. I looked it up and sure enough, it was her!
I love all the characters Grey plays! Can I join?

Mandy glared at me and said, “The only person allowed to have a fan club is me. Either you are my fan or you are my enemy. Do you know what I do to my enemies?” Mandy scared me, and so I ran away from her, too.
Thankfully, I bumped into a tall, skinny guy named Grim. He told me how to find this website. So, can I join your club? I need a place where I can hide from Mandy. She scares me so much that I am afraid to make eye contact with her.
